The Florida Recreation and Park Association is so very pleased to have recently held our second event at the beautiful Caribe Royale Orlando.
On behalf of our members and those present at our 65th Annual Conference, please accept our sincere appreciation for a tremendously successful event. The staff of the Caribe Royale is superb and leaves absolutely no detail undone. From our initial sales contact with Lesa Tollinchi, to our conference management staff led by Yvonne Gollattscheck, to reservations headed by Maria DePina, I can not express the level of professionalism we encountered. The set up crews were a radio call away, security assisted us in a hectic check in and check out of our exhibitors, the banquet staff was phenomenal.
Our members have come to expect top of the line quality at the resorts hosting our conference, and for the second year, the Caribe delivered. Your staff has truly set the benchmark for future facilities hosting our event.
Please extend to all of the staff at the Caribe our gratitude for their attention to our delegates. We are looking forward already to returning to the Caribe in 2010 and 2011, and beyond!

The Caribe Royale was truly an amazing discovery for my group, the IEEE 802 LAN/MAN Standards Committee. It has all the facilities we need for our week-long, 1500+ attendee, professional session and even a few we didn't expect. The meeting space was just perfect for our 35+ parallel meetings and having it all together in one facility on one level was really ideal. The staff and services were first rate, very well organized, and a real pleasure to work with. Our attendees loved the excellent meeting and banquet facilities, especially the all-suites hotel format with Hi-Speed Internet in every room, and the many extra resort features like the pool complex, the great restaurant choices, and the huge and well-equipped work-out facility. Having all of that together in a single connected complex, just minutes from Walt Disney World, etc, was ideal for our kind of group that works hard all week. So it is not surprising that they voted overwhelmingly to return for our upcoming meetings in March 2008 and March 2010, and we expect to see many more families coming for the week next time.

Finding an ideal location, a great price, and outstanding service is a tough task. But the Caribe Royale Orlando made it easy by bringing it all together into one fantastic hotel. The all-suites dynamic, along with flexible meeting space was wonderful. The Event Management and Catering staff were there at the ready for any last minute changes. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail were outstanding. They made my staff's lives easier and our attendees' experience memorable. The annual Seismic Research Review was a huge success in 2004 and we look forward to our return in 2006!

It is tough to find a hotel associate without a smile on their face, a telling sign that it's a great place to work. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much our Worksite Marketing department enjoyed the Caribe Royale. They are still talking about dinner in The Venetian Room. We are going to have our work cut out for us to find somewhere comparable for our next meeting get together. Who knows, we may have to make the Caribe Royale Orlando a tradition.
