Holiday Chocolate Wonderland
A beloved Caribe Royale Orlando holiday tradition returns with five spectacular creations, including two all-new displays, designed to inspire wonder and a little holiday magic.
Holiday Chocolate Wonderland
Our talented Pastry Team transforms chocolate into extraordinary works of art, showcasing remarkable creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail. This holiday season, discover five larger-than-life chocolate creations that turn the resort into a deliciously imaginative wonderland and brings the magic of the season to life.
- Caribe Royale North Pole Express: A 32’ long railroad train made from 1,600 pounds of chocolate (in partnership with Valhrona and Republica del Cacao)
- Santa’s Magical Flight: Featuring Santa's sleigh being pulled by.. you guessed it…Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph! All hand crafted from 2,000 pounds of chocolate! (in partnership with Barry Callebaut)
- Jingle Bell Junction: A whimsical village for Santa's helpers. The tiny snow-covered homes, all made of chocolate, are filled with laughter and holiday spirit.
- NEW! Holiday Nutcracker : Standing an impressive five feet tall, this stately holiday nutcracker makes his grand debut in our Holiday Chocolate Wonderland, handcrafted from approximately 1,000 pounds of chocolate.
- NEW! Winter Snowman: Meet the coolest new addition to our Holiday Chocolate Wonderland. This whimsical five-foot-tall snowman is handcrafted from approximately 1,000 pounds of chocolate and plenty of holiday charm.

Share your holiday wishes with Santa! Drop your letter in our special Letters to Santa mailbox, and our North Pole courier will make sure it arrives just in time for the holidays.

A Winning New Year’s Eve

Step into a Casino Royale-inspired New Year’s Eve, where sophistication, celebration and a little intrigue set the scene for an unforgettable night. Dance to favorite hits from our DJ while enjoying frozen cocktails, savory bites, and creative plates in Calypso’s open-air setting. As midnight approaches, raise a glass and watch the iconic Times Square ball drop on televisions throughout the restaurant as we welcome 2027 in true Casino Royale style. Open until 1am.
