Holiday Chocolate Wonderland
Our incredibly talented Pastry Team have created larger than life sculptures made completely out of chocolate! That’s right… chocolate! This year there are three incredible displays for you to feast your eyes on:

Our incredibly talented Pastry Team have created larger than life sculptures made completely out of chocolate! That’s right… chocolate! This year there are three incredible displays for you to feast your eyes on:
- Caribe Royale North Pole Express: A 32’ long railroad train made from 1,600 pounds of chocolate (in partnership with Valhrona and Republica del Cacao)
- Santa’s Magical Flight: Featuring Santa's sleigh being pulled by.. you guessed it…Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph! All hand crafted from 2,000 pounds of chocolate! (in partnership with Barry Callebaut)
- Jingle Bell Junction: A whimsical village for Santa's helpers. The tiny snow-covered homes, all made of chocolate, are filled with laughter and holiday spirit.

Hidden Holiday Gnome Hunt
There are 10 Holiday Gnomes hidden all around the resort. Can you find them all? A special prize awaits those who can locate all of our mischievous gnome friends!
Christmas Cookie Decorating
Guests of all ages are invited to join in a cherished holiday activity with our talented Pastry Team. A variety of holiday cookies will be available for decorating and our Pastry team will be there to share tips and tricks.

A Very Cocoa Christmas
As you may have guessed, we love chocolate! In celebration of the holidays, our restaurants will feature chocolate and holiday-themed cocktails. Available for a limited time.
Rum Cake Royale
At The Market indulge in our Caribe Royale Orlando exclusive ice cream flavor created by Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream. Each spoonful offers a taste of the tropics, blending the warmth of rum, sweetness of ripe bananas, and the luxurious creaminess of milk chocolate. The milk chocolate is a custom blend only available at our resort.

the Menorah
In celebration of Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, we light the Menorah nightly from December 25 – January 2.
Holiday Magic
at Disney
Celebrate the magic of the holidays at Disney. Scheduled motorcoach transportation to Disney Theme Parks is included in the daily resort fee. For your convenience, tickets for all four Disney Theme Parks can be purchased in advance by clicking here.
Letters to Santa
Be sure to drop a special postcard in our Letters to Santa mailbox – we’ll have a special courier ready to take them straight to the North Pole.

Tree Lighting
Join us for our annual Christmas Eve Tree Lighting Ceremony featuring Santa! Starting at 4:30pm we will have sweet holiday refreshments, caroling, a visit from Santa, and the lighting of our magnificent tree in the lower lobby.
