Q. Do you offer any packages with passes to Orlando Attractions?
A. Yes, we feature a 4 night package that includes Walt Disney World® attraction tickets. Additional Orlando attraction tickets available for a la carte purchase at the Expedia Fun Desk, located in the Main Lobby.

Q. What are your restaurant options outside of the hotel?
A. We are located a mile and a half from Walt Disney World® Resort offering a multitude of restaurants and we are a short five minute drive from Crossroads which has TGIFriday's, Olive Garden, Chevy's, Red Lobster, and more! Downtown Disney® area also offers Wolfgang Puck's Café, Bongo's Cuban Cafe™ and House of Blues®. The Vista Bistro, a great steakhouse, is located next door at our sister property Buena Vista Suites.

Q. Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
A. We do not offer complimentary breakfast unless you choose one of our breakfast-included packages.  However, we do offer an excellent breakfast buffet in The Tropicale restaurant for a very affordable price. 

Q. What type of dining options are at the Caribe Royale?
A. We have 24 hour room service, a 24 hour deli called Café Largo that features sandwiches, deli items, pizzas, salads, breakfast items, coffee, beverages, beer, wine, snacks and candy.  Our breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant is called The Tropicale and it is perfect for casual dining with family or business associates.  Calypso’s Bar & Grill is located poolside, with grilled items, salads, frozen drinks and other beverages.  Lastly, for a truly unforgettable dining experience, The Venetian Room is a AAA Four Diamond and Zagat rated restaurant which has won many awards, including “Best Restaurant and Best Service in Orlando.  We recommend a jacket and reservations.

Q. How many pools are at the Caribe?
A. We have a total of 3 outdoor pools (including a kiddie pool).

Q. What is the temperature of the pools and their hours?
A. The pools are kept between 80-84 degrees and are open 8:00am until 11:00pm.

Q. What is your policy regarding pets?
A. The only pets we can accommodate are service pets.

Q. Do you have guest washers and dryers at your facility?
A. Coin operated washers and dryers are located throughout the hotel and prices are $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry.

Q. Do you provide dry cleaning services?
A. Same day dry cleaning service is available through our Bell Service Desk.

Q. Do you have a spa or hair salon?
A. We do not offer a full service, standalone spa.  However, we do offer massage services.  Turn the living room of your suite into your private spa retreat, or enjoy a fresh air massage on our spa patio, located at the base of Tower III.  Massage services are provided by Dreams of Wellness, our in-house massage service provider. Services available include massage and teeth-whitening. Additionally, Reflections Spa-Salon offers a full service spa menu and is located just two minutes from the hotel, adjacent to one of Orlando’s most popular outlet malls – the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

Q. Is there a gift shop on site?
A. Our gift shop is located in the main reception building.

Q. Is there a resort fee?
A. No, we do not impose resort fees.

Q. Is there a parking fee?
A. No, parking is complimentary.

Q. What are your telephone rates?
A. Local calls are $.75 plus tax in addition to a $.10 per minute fee following the first 30 minutes of the call. Extended connections to toll-free numbers are $.75 plus tax in addition to a $.10 per minute following the first 30 minutes of the call.

Q. Is there a charge for High-Speed Internet Access?
A. The prevailing rate for High Speed Internet Access is $9.99 per day (per 24 hour period).

Q. What children's services do you provide?
A. We do not currently offer children's day care, however, the Caribe Royale has three excellent outdoor pools, including a kiddie pool, 75 foot waterslide, two game rooms and night lighted tennis and basketball courts. Cribs are available upon request. And of course, Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Sea World, and attractions for kids of all ages are only minutes away.

A. You're just a few steps away.

Q. What is your rating?
A. Caribe Royale Orlando is a Three Star Hotel, plus an official Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel and has also received the M&C Gold Key Award, Meeting News Planners Choice Award, among others. Our Venetian Room Restaurant has been awarded awarded the prestigious AAA Four-Diamond Award for five years in a row.

Q. What steps is your hotel taking to be more environmentally friendly?
A. The Caribe Royale Orlando is pleased to have been designated an official Green Lodging hotel by the state of Florida.  Click here to learn more about the Florida Green Lodging Program.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If your plans change, we are happy to accept your cancellation with 72 hours notice at no additional charge.

Q. You do have an Early Departure Fee?
A. Yes, once you confirm the dates of your stay at check-in you are responsible for an early departure fee should you choose to depart the hotel prior to the scheduled date.  That fee is $50.00.

Q. Is there a minimum age that a guest needs to be in order to check in?
A. Yes, the minimum check-in age is 18 years old.  Additionally, any guest under the age of 21 must provide a valid credit card in order to check-in.  This includes all 3rd party reservations in which the guest is responsible for incidentals only.  Any cash paying guest under the age of 21 will also be required to provide a valid credit card for incidentals in order to check-in.

Suites and Villas
Q. Do you provide kitchen utensils and silverware in the villas?
A. Our villa kitchens are fully stocked, and Guest Services will be happy to bring you anything else you may need.

Q. How many people are allowed to stay in the suites and villas?
A. Five total people are permitted to stay in the one-bedroom suites and eight adults are permitted to stay in the two-bedroom villas.

Transportation
Q. Do you provide transportation to/from the airport? or AmTrak Station?
A. While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service, Guest Services will be happy to arrange for a taxi or limo to take you to and from the airport or train station. Mears Transportation is also available for transportation services.

Q. Do you have transportation to the local theme parks?
A. We offer scheduled complimentary transportation to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Downtown Disney®. Transportation is available to the other theme parks for a minimal fee. Please contact our Guest Services department for arrangements.

Q. Do the Disney shuttles stop at other hotels?
A. No, the shuttles run directly between Disney and our two hotels, Buena Vista Suites and Caribe Royale. The shuttle picks up hotel guests outside of Towers I, II and III, and makes a final stop outside the Main Reception Building.

Q. Do you have transportation to the outlet malls?
A. There is a 10:15am daily shuttle to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores, with a return shuttle(s) in the afternoon.

Q. Are the shuttle buses ADA accessible?
A. Yes. Please notify our Guest Service desk 24 hours in advance.
