If you need to ship a package to a hotel guest, or to yourself (as a hotel guest) in advance of your arrival, please address the package as indicated below to ensure its safe and timely arrival.

All packages/items will be sent to our Shipping & Receiving Department located in the Grand Caribe Convention Center. A voice mail message will be left for the individual, in their room, stating that they have a package.
