Security FAQ

At the Caribe Royale, the safety and security of our guests has always been our primary concern. Our highly skilled team of trained security professionals works 24 hours a day to ensure our guests and employees experience the highest level of comfort and safety.

Many members of our security team boast military backgrounds, and all security associates are trained in CPR and first aid. The property has three AED's (defibrillators), and the hotel grounds and parking lots are patrolled 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They also manage the Lost & Found program and are happy to track down any lost items for our guests.

The security effort at the Caribe Royale is a proactive one, designed to not only prevent known possibilities, but to anticipate potential hazards and strengthen vulnerabilities. The team is proud of the work they do and they look forward to welcoming you to the Caribe Royale.
