Holiday Chocolate Wonderland

Our incredibly talented Pastry Team have created larger than life sculptures made completely out of chocolate! That’s right… chocolate! This year there are three incredible displays for you to feast your eyes on:

Our incredibly talented Pastry Team have created larger than life sculptures made completely out of chocolate! That’s right… chocolate! This year there are three incredible displays for you to feast your eyes on:
- Caribe Royale North Pole Express: A 32’ long railroad train made from 1,600 pounds of chocolate (in partnership with Valhrona and Republica del Cacao)
- Santa’s Magical Flight: Featuring Santa's sleigh being pulled by.. you guessed it…Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph! All hand crafted from 2,000 pounds of chocolate! (in partnership with Barry Callebaut)
- Jingle Bell Junction: A whimsical village for Santa's helpers. The tiny snow-covered homes, all made of chocolate, are filled with laughter and holiday spirit.

Letters to Santa
Daily
Be sure to drop a special postcard in our Letters to Santa mailbox – we’ll have a special courier ready to take them straight to the North Pole.
Hidden Holiday Gnome Hunt
Daily
There are 10 Holiday Gnomes hidden all around the resort. Can you find them all? A special prize awaits those who can locate all of our mischievous gnome friends!
Christmas Cookie Decorating
Guests of all ages are invited to join in a cherished holiday activity with our talented Pastry Team. A variety of holiday cookies will be available for decorating and our Pastry team will be there to share tips and tricks.

As you may have guessed, we love chocolate! In celebration of the holidays, our restaurants will feature chocolate-holiday-themed cocktails and desserts. Available for a limited time. ($Fee)
Rum Cake Royale
At The Market indulge in our Caribe Royale Orlando exclusive ice cream flavor created by Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream. Each spoonful offers a taste of the tropics, blending the warmth of rum, sweetness of ripe bananas, and the luxurious creaminess of milk chocolate. The milk chocolate is a custom blend only available at our resort. ($)

Santa has heard that our guests have been very good this year…so he’s stopping by the resort and taking photos with our families.

Celebrate the magic of the holidays at Disney. Scheduled motorcoach transportation to Disney Theme Parks is included in the daily resort fee. For your convenience, tickets for all four Disney Theme Parks can be purchased in advance by clicking here.
The Venetian Chop House New Year's Eve Dinner

Time to celebrate the close of 2024 and new beginnings in 2025! Enjoy a delectable prix-fixe menu with chef-driven cuisine designed to bring luck in the New Year.

Calypso’s Bar & Grille

Our DJ spins your favorite music while you celebrate the New Year with frozen drinks, savory bites, and creative plates in the open air-ambiance. Guests will enjoy watching the ball-drop in Times Square on televisions throughout Calypso’s. Open 11am-1am.
Rum Bar featuring BACARDÍ® Rum

Celebrate in the spirit and spirits of Havana at Caribe Royale Orlando’s vibrant Rum Bar. Centered around an extensive selection of Bacardí® Rum, this immersive lounge experience is the perfect spot to ring in the New Year. The Rum Bar will offer the ability to view the televised festivities from Times Square while enjoying craft cocktails and a selection of delicious tapas. Open 4pm-2am.
Caribe Royale Orlando Atrium East
December 31st
Ring in the New Year in style at Caribe Royale Orlando. Join other revelers from 10pm-2am in Atrium East in the Reception Building with a cash bar, DJ, and televised festivities from Times Square on a large screen.
